SHIPPING:
GLOBAL (outside USA):
Customer is responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes. All of these things are charged by your government, and will need to be paid upon delivery to the carrier. Please research fees and other costs to ensure that you know the pricing associated before ordering. At the time of order, the purchase of product(s) and shipping fees are the only charges applied.
PHONE NUMBER is how the carrier will likely contact you to resolve delivery issues. If they cannot contact you, you likely will not receive your package, and the carrier will not refund shipping. Tracking information will be sent to customer via email.
Carrier only allows a maximum of 35 characters per line in your address. We reserve the right to refund your order if your address needs to be altered to fit the limit.
Ensure that your address (and other necessary information, such as a tax ID number, if it's applicable in your country) is correct and you have included your phone number for the best outcome.
We are unable to refund you for lost packages. We do our best to get it right. However, once your package has left our hands, there is really nothing we can do.
If customer refuses delivery, we will not refund shipping fees.
USA DOMESTIC:
Ships via USPS with tracking. Tracking information will be sent to customer via email.
When tracking shows as Delivered, any problems regarding delivery (e.g., damage, lost) must be resolved between the customer and the local post office that handled the delivery.
Due to porch/mailbox theft, customer is encouraged to closely monitor the tracking updates to ensure the package is not taken.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
We do not offer returns or refunds at this time.
